Our kusinero, Jed is born and raised in the Philippines.
Jed found his passion with the culinary field when he started taking charge into cooking food for traditional family gatherings. Jed came from a very big family who loves to party and feast even for the smallest occasions.
Soon later, Jed have learned more about Filipino dishes when he had the chance to travel more around the Philippines, learning different cultures and cuisines.
Jed have studied Culinary Arts and have work experience in both USA and Canada with high-end restaurants of different cuisines. But it was when pandemic 2020 hits that he had the chance to work on his most favorite cuisine- Filipino; hence, KUSINERO was born. A promise of authentic, traditional, and elevated Filipino cuisine that never disappoints.
Jed is now a private chef working on meal preps, events, private dining, and popping-up once in a while around Toronto.

KUSINERO offers weekly meal prep to clients who do not have time to cook their own food for themselves and their families. We can be flexible to whatever type of cuisine or diet restrictions you would want.
We can also cover your events and parties for you.
Kitchen Takeovers & Pop-ups
Occasionally, KUSINERO also do kitchen takeovers and pop-ups around Toronto. We sometimes collaborate with our friends in the industry and join markets and festivals in the area.
